Refund policy

TO INITIATE A REFUND/RETURN, YOUR ORDER MUST MEET ONE/ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

  • Email/contact us with reason for refund/return AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
  • Request refund/return within 3 days of reception of your order.
  • Must return the item(s) in the condition received and be in it's original packaging.

RETURNS

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the return is accepted, we will contact you on where to send the item(s).
  • If the item is returned due to damage, you will have to provide pictures/videos of the damage. Failure to do so, in most cases, will disqualify you from a return/refund.

REFUNDS

  • If your refund is approved, we will notify you.
  • Typically, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note: once your refund is approved, it may take longer for your bank/credit card company to fully process the refund.

CANCELATIONS

  • ALL CANCELATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE
  • Please triple check the item(s) and quantity of your order before checking out to avoid this.
